Become an instructor of a unique system of self-defense created in the Czech Republic, which has saved lives for 20 years. Spread this unique system and create heroes with us! More than 20,000 heroes already attended our course and more than 73 lives were directly saved by our graduates.

You now have an unique opportunity to become a lecturer in our clubs, and spread heroism with us. Train men, women and children in your city and give them much more, than just a self-defense technique.

We would like to run at least 40 SORUDO clubs across the Czech Republic and even more across the world, therefore people everywhere will have the opportunity to practice, what we consider as the most comprehensive system of self-defense and conflict resolution in the world.

What's an instructors job?

Work of a club instructor isn't a regular job. We use a franchise system, which means that you have an opportunity to become certified as a SORUDO instructor and cowork with us, as your own small business and spread the SORUDO system, as well as we do. In the beginning, it might be more as a hobby and small business, but through time it might develop into a full-fledged job or business.

We don't promise miracles, it'll take a while for sure, but the SORUDO club can become a full-fledged business in a year or two. For some people it was possible in a few months.

In the beginning you will need to spend about 4-8 hours per week – for lesson management administration, coordination and recruitment. But an important factor is, that you can manage your own time and the frequency of lessons is up to you, which means that you can combine running a SORUDO club with your current work.

We'll provide you with all the necessary know-how, a concept of realistic self-defense itself, marketing, recruitment and management – we'll teach you and support your growth and development. Your main teacher will be the founder and guarantor of SORUDO technique, who isn't just an instructor, but also a 
long-time entrepreneur and business consultant Bc. Petr Moučka.

Most importantly this is all about getting an opportunity to get a job you are really proud of – for now and for many years ahead! You have a chance to participate on saving lives, protecting the weaker and changing society.

We're looking for warriors

Warriors, who want to help us save lives and make heroes.

Warriors with experience of at least 10 years with martial arts / combat arts / self-defense / ideally real self-defense. Exceptions are possible, but you'll have to fight it out, and show us that you'll catch up with your training.

Warriors with a great desire to learn something new (If you think you already know everything, we're not going to have much in common :), determined to train and grow up to full-fledged trainers and represent the SORUDO system.

You'll get the opportunity to be trained by the founder of the SORUDO system – Bc. Petr Moučka and get an unique combat and lecturing education. You'll also get access to a SORUDO lecturer team and thus to private and special seminars (Shooting, Survival, Abduction, Crisis Planning, Communication Courses, Psychology, Law ...)

BE A PART OF A GREAT PROJECT 

We would like to open at least 1000 clubs in the world, cities with more than 100,000 people are preferred, but don't hesitate to sign up, wherever you are.

The size of the city influences only how quickly your SORUDO club will be able to grow into a full-fledged business, but you can save lives with us from everywhere.

We're planning next training camps for instructors in United Kingdom, Ireland, USA, Canada and Australia. 

How to grow into an instructor

Don't hesistate and just contact us through “Apply” button. We can set up a meeting, get acquainted, talk about possibilities and details, work out together, try your abilities and plan further steps.

After that you will have to face combat, lecturing training and a small business academy.

You can have your own club running within 3 to 6 months. Everything depends on your approach and skills.

What else you should know:

  • We will teach you how to run SORUDO clubs
    You'll get all the instructions needed to run a SORUDO club. At the same time, you will always have our support with management and marketing.
  • You will learn more than just a technique
    We'll also teach you how to teach, how to prepare lessons methodically, realistically and safely so that lessons will be entertaining and beneficial for all.
  • You don't have to worry about management
    We'll provide you with information on how to coordinate clubs, rent gyms and get equipment at the best prices.
  • We'll help you take care of accounting and legal aspects of club management
    We know, it might be scary for people, who don't have business experience, but we'll give you a system that needs only a few clicks on your computer or mobile phone.
  • We'll be there for you
    If you run into a problem, we probably have experience with it already and we know, how to solve it, so you can consult any time.
  • You'll have to take a demanding training
    A minimum of 15 days of training awaits you, maybe even more. This training will take place either as a camp or extended weekends, depending on our agreement.
  • You'll have to keep training
    It's not necessary for you to wait a year to open your first club, but be aware that it's just the beginning. You'll be obliged to train on your own, as well as with us. We'll check on you regularly 🙂
  • The training isn't for free
    The SORUDO club will be your business and the profit will be your's. However, even if your training will cost less than for a regular client, it cannot be for free. Nevertheless, the price won't be unbearably high for anyone, and we can also agree on individual conditions. The investment will return within a few months and for us, it's a proof that you are serious about the business and want to practice in the club long-term.
  • You don't risk anything
    It should be mentioned, that you don't pay anything, until we are 100% agreed on, and we're sure that you can handle it as a fighter and instructor.
