SORUDO is a reality-based self-defense system built on solutions that truly have the potential to save lives. Such techniques must be easy to comprehend and acquire to make it aplicable in practice for everyone. We use experience-based teaching methods to combine quick learnability, reality and enjoyability in our courses. How our branches perform in different countries

Slovakia

Slovakia start originally as a Franchise few years ago. This is also how tho whole Franchising idea started. Local entepreneur from Slovakia come and suggest us opportunity to sell him Slovakia. We set up franchise conditions, start to prepare him the team of instructors and the first sales starts going. But due to his medical issues, he had to quit to take care about his other companies. We buy the licence back before covid hit, during covid we have to wait couple of years, and now we finally can continue.

12 months since start - 2 sales representatives - 2 instructors - Revenue: 13.000 Eur / month

Poland

Poland we developed few months ago, we hired first sales representative and after 19 days in, she was able to generate first contract with the local clients. Few weeks after we organized local camp for instructors, and after 43 days since hired first person, we realized first seminars in Poland. Now we are continuing to gradually frow a local business.

Our own branch - 3 months since start - 2 sales representatives - 2 instructors - Revenue: 4.500 eur / month

Kenya

Kenya also started during Covid, our local partner want to travel in Czech republic to get the training and be able to teach SORUDO in his own security agency. But because of covid restriction we had to travel in Nairobi instead. Since that we are cooperating with dozen of local security agencies, couple of local companies, and we working on penetrating into Kenaya Police.

Brazil

Story of Brazil started with the beginning of NoBullhit brand. Local instructor Eduardo come to Czech republic to get the training. He was really skillfull and stay here more than a month to eventualy pass the certification to become Country Instructor in Brazil. Since that he organized couple of camp and train many local instructors. Few of them continue training with us, and open regular SORUDO clubs.

Mexico

First contract from Mexico came out of blue in 2008, that time this was reallly huge deal for SORUDO. Couple of instructors went there including Chief Instructor and creat a team of 12 local instructors inside of the biggest security agencies. Since them we travel there many times for follow up training. The initial goal was became official system of training for the biggest security agency in South America. But unfortunately, after some political and leadership changes, this project slows down. The local instructors are now on their own, some of them teach SORUDO in their own clubs, some of them continue as contractors in security agencies, and few of them travel in Czech republic regularly to train with us and after spread the SORUDO as their own business.

How to become a Franchisee

We have plenty of candidates to become Franchisee, our focus is Testing you, not just selling the Franchise to you.

Day 1: Application
After you apply it will take us 1-3 days to evaluate/read your answers and make a little research about you trough links you provide. Once we are done we will get back to you.

First week: Interview
It typically goes through an online meating, where we want to discuss your motivation, expectations and answer all of your questions.

Week 1-2: Conditions and non-disclosure agreement
We want to be completely open since beginning and be able to share with you every important the information. Therefore, after the interview we will sign with you a non-disclosure agreement.

In the same round we will provide you the Franchise contract template, and specify the conditions for your country.

Week 2-4: Test of cooperation
Our main motivation is not to sell Franchises but to build functional branches. Therefore, we wish to reserve the right to test your skills, and mutual cooperation. You will have to go trough at least:

• 1 day of testing to evaluate your talents and skillset
• 2 weeks testing project, when we will organize something together in your country to see how the cooperation could look like in future.

All of this is for being able to tell, if you will be able to handle the role of our Franchisee or not.

Week 3-5: Personal meeting
The best case scenario is to meet you in person and spend some time together, you can visit our offices, meet your team members and spend some time with us.

Ideally, we also handle some training together, you have to see SORUDO from first hand.

Week 4+ Franchise contract
We will need some formalities from you, criminal record, bank records and other key informations to evaluate if there are no skeletons in the closet.

Where we started and where we are now

1999

Petr Moučka founds the SORUDO self-defense system and open its first branch in Hradec Králové - Czech Republic.

2008

After nearly ten years of system development, the first contract comes from Mexico, for the training of local security agencies, the special forces and the goverment.

2010

Established the first company that represents SORUDO. The transformation from a trade into a company and the beginning of growth started.

2016

Creation of the B2B department, recruitment of the first sales representatives and rocket growth through the beginning of B2B sales. Established the first SORUDO sales team in the Czech Republic.

2017-2020

Years of growth, we grow by +150-200%, over these years we mainly focused on courses in the Czech Republic

2020 - 2021

Owing to the pandemic, 90% of sales stopped overnight, we had to re-organize our focus at online activities.
