Expansion Sales Assistant for International Company 

We're SORUDO, company from the Czech Republic that saves lives and creates heroes for over 20 years with our unique system of self-defense, first aid and resolution of conflict and critical situations.

Your work will help us spread our courses in your country. We already have demand for courses and applicants to become instructor, but in order to expand we need to scale it.  You will help us test our sales and marketing and make it more localized.

We are a fast-growing company from Hradec Králové in the Czech Republic. Currently, we operate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, but also in Sweden, the Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil and Kenya. We are looking for experienced colleagues who will help us with growth.

You will work with our Sales Manager for expansion. Help him test various targer groups, and give us direct feedback about local customer needs. This is a diverse job that requires fast learning and a high degree of flexibility.

We offer a part-time or flexible fulltime job, ideal for candidates seeking for homeoffice and remote work. The position we offer is great for its time flexibility, and the possibility of growing to other positions in our company.

We demand: 

  • Perfect Native language 
  • Secondary language: English  (communicative level for being able to daily communicate with us) 
  • Great communication skills, friendly speech and manners. 
  • Time capacity 3-10h / day (on average)
  • Basic experience with sales (courage to pick up the phone and call)

You can not be afraid of: 

  • Daily Cold Calling (For first few months) 
  • Demanded quota: Minimum 6 calls / every hour

    Whenever we run a course and we get a great reference, we quickly contact other companies for which this course is suitable.
  • Satisfaction questionnaires
    More than 90% of companies that pass our courses are enthusiastic, the others only satisfied. This is because we are constantly collecting feedback on cooperation and asking clients where we could add more.
  • Documents and pricing
    After each call or meeting, the trader must prepare an offer or catalog for the client.
