Sales Assistant for expansion
We're SORUDO, company from the Czech Republic that saves lives and creates heroes for over 20 years with our unique system of self-defense, first aid and resolution of conflict and critical situations.
Your work will help us spread our courses in the Poland. We already have inquiries for courses in Poland, but in order to expand we need to scale it more and better. You will help us make our products and sales methods suitable for Polish market.
We are a fast-growing company from Hradec Králové in the Czech Republic. Currently, we operate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, but also in Sweden, the Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil and Kenya. We are looking for experienced colleagues who will help us with growth to Poland.
You will work with our Sales Manager for expansion. Help him test various targer groups in Poland, and give us direct feedback about local customer needs. This is a diverse job that requires fast learning and a high degree of flexibility.
We offer a part-time job, ideal for parental leave or college students. The position we offer is great for its time flexibility, and the possibility of growing to other positions in our company.

We demand:
- Perfect Polish (native speaker level)
- Secondary language by which you will be able to communicate with us: English or Czech (communicative level)
- Great communication skills, friendly speech and manners.
- Time capacity 2-5h / day (on average, there is no problem with spreading it across the whole week according to your ability)
- Basic experience with sales (courage to pick up the phone and call)
Ideally, we'd like to find:
- Someone who's curious, will be happy to talk with clients on the phone and is able to find out something about them.
- Someone who's empathetic, is capable of understanding the clients and is able to find out what is interesting offer for them and what is not.

We have a whole network of external sales representatives who recommend us to companies where they supply other services. It is necessary to regularly maintain relationships with them, to be in touch, to inform them about news.
